Sleep More, Live Better

The best time to remember something is between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., (when most people are at happy hour).

Is this an evolutionary change our bodies have adopted due to the crippling effects alcohol has on our memory muscle? Maybe.

I learned there were plenty of other ways sleeping better and sleeping more (relative term) can help improve your life (again, relative term).

If remembering phone numbers and directions is taxing, make sure that you’re getting enough sleep – about seven hours. Lack of shut-eye can affect our working memory. Read more about what Kate Wighton wrote at Mind Power News
