Here from one of my creative Tweets? Sorry. I’m shameless when it comes to breast cancer.
Last year I left breast (pictured above) cancer in the dust. This year I’m doing it again, and I am honored to not only be part of Team Komen Austin, but also the team captain!
Join me in my fight against breast cancer. Visit my personal donation page and make a donation to me (and Team Komen Austin).
Thank you for your support!

This festive event saves and improves lives by supporting 11 local nonprofit organizations providing diagnosis, counseling, medication, and support for thousands of our neighbors coping with breast cancer. Since our inaugural year in 2009, the Mamma Jamma Ride has raised an astounding $1,000,000.
About The Austin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® -
On a local level, the Austin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® has been working to better the lives of those facing breast cancer in the Greater Austin community since 1999. Through events such as the Komen Austin Race for the Cure® and other philanthropic endeavors, the Austin Affiliate has invested nearly $9 million in community breast health programs in Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, and Williamson Counties. Up to 75 percent of the Austin Affiliate’s net income goes toward funding grants to local hospitals and community organizations that provide breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment programs for medically underserved women. The remaining net income (a minimum of 25 percent) supports the national Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Grants Program, which funds groundbreaking breast cancer research, meritorious awards and educational and scientific programs around the world.
